ABTV Remembers Gregory Tyree Boyce

It’s a sad day for us Twilight fans. Gregory Tyree Boyce [Tyler Crowly] and his girlfriend [Natalie Adenike Adepoju] who was only 27, were found dead in Las Vegas on May 13th.

Gregory was 30 and had a 10 year old daughter [Alaya].  He shared many photos of them together on his Instagram.

“Since this day 10 years ago all I ever wanted to do was make you happy…Seeing you smile and doing what I can for you has been one of my biggest joys…Your 10, now, princess, and Dad will continue to do just that for as long as I’m here!”

Our hearts are breaking for his family during this difficult time. What moves us the most about Gregory and Natalie deaths is that they passed away on the exact same day Gregory’s grandmother died two years ago.

“I just got news my grandmother on this day took her last breath. No more pain Grandma, no more agony, no more suffering. Your free now from all this craziness down here on earth. All though I’m hurt I won’t be able to just call you on the phone anymore, plan that dream house of yours anymore. I truly know your spirit is free, and I will see my grandmother again.”

The last post Gregory shared on Instagram was of him and Natalie on Mother’s Day.

“Happy Mother’s Day again to my right hand/my dog/ my Queen! Love you.”

Before Gregory and Natalie’s death they were making plans with his mom [Lisa Wayne] to open up a restaurant together that specializes in Wings.

Lisa shared a heartfelt message on her facebook paying tribute to her son.

“My baby boy, Greg Boyce was the best chef…oh man. He was in the process of starting a wing business, West Wings…Greggy, if I could get my chef on like you, I’d continue this West Wings and set your baby girl up for life…Oh man, this is killing me Hunny..I’m sick without you. I’m torn, I’m lost. I’m in pain…I love you again. I’m broken. I love you Greggy, my Hunny.”

“Rest easy baby..you and Greg Boyce better take care of each other.”

Sadly, back in December 2019, Greg shared on IG that he didn’t think that he would make it to 30.

“At one point I didn’t think I would make it to see 30 years old. Over the years like everyone else I have made mistakes along the way, but today is one of those days I only reflect on the great ones. What a time to be alive. Happy Dirty 30 self. Let’s make the rest of these years your best!!!”

According to The Guardian, their causes of death will not be known until medical examiners receive toxicology test results which will take several weeks.

Due to COVID-19 Natalie’s funeral arrangements will include a limited number of people who can attend.

Our condolences go out to their loved ones and us Twilight fans will always think of Gregory as our Tyler Crowly.
