Watch out Bachelor Nation! In a tweet Tuesday morning, The Bachelor star Colton Underwood officially confirmed that he will be releasing a new book called The First Time that follows his journey in life and love.

The tweet features a montage of video footage featuring Underwood’s experiences on The Bachelor, his path to joining the NFL, and the juiciest tidbit of them all, his virginity.

“I’m excited to share my life in this book and hope it will give people more of an understanding of where I have come from and who I am today,” Underwood said in a statement.

Aside from being a 26-year-old virgin on The Bachelor, Underwood also struggled with depression after his lifelong goal to play football in the NFL.

This book announcement was followed by a slew of promotional tweets thanking his fans for preordering the book and promising that anyone who ordered it would get a free coffee on him.

“Just went to my messages and I had 1,800 new texts,” he tweeted. “This is going to take awhile!”

Underwood won over Cassie Randolph on Season 23 of The Bachelor after an uncertain start, but the couple are reportedly still together and doing “sort of reverse dating,” according to Hollywood Life.

The First Time is scheduled to go on sale on March 31, 2020, and there might even be a few more free coffees during the pre-order period.
