Chris Pratt is returning to the small screen. As a star in and executive producer of The Terminal List, a conspiracy thriller based on Jack Carr’s bestselling book. The new drama series is written by David DiGilio and directed by Antoine Fuqua. The series is in development at MRC television.

The Terminal List combines action and a deep psychological point of view.

The series follows Reece (Pratt) after his entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission. Reece returns home with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. As new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him.

Sources say, “The Terminal List will be projected as a multiple-season scripted drama.” A network has not been selected yet for the series.

Pratt is known for notable television shows such as Parks and Recreation and CW’s Everwood. Since leaving the small screen in 2015, Pratt went on to become one of Hollywood’s biggest actors who appeared in Guardian of the Galaxy, The Avengers, and Jurassic Park.

“Woohoo!! Who else is excited to see Chris Pratt coming back to TV?! Pratt will be starring and producing The Terminal List series based on Jack Carr’s novel,” said ABTV in a tweet.

Chris Pratt quoted ABTV’s tweet and said, “Directed by Antoine Fuqua, I’m seeing this as a reinvention. This is going to be rowdy AF, authentic, deadly, moving, chilling suspenseful, explosive, I CAN’T WAIT!”

It even looks like Jack Carr, is excited about the new series too. He responded to ABTV’s tweet, “It could not be in better hands.”

AfterBuzz TV will keep you posted when The Terminal List will announce it’s premiere date.
