Bachelor Biography

Tayshia Adams started her Bachelor journey in 2019 on Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor. Adams, a phlebotomist from Southern California, made it to the final three and was sent home the ninth week of filming.

That summer, Adams returned to television to film Bachelor in Paradise on the sixth season. In Paradise, Adams began a relationship with The Bachelorette alum John Paul Jones. They ended their relationship on the show, later reconciled and then officially split in late Oct. 2019.

Where is she now?

Since her days on reality television, Adams isn’t practicing phlebotomy anymore. She’s now working for an interior design firm, pursuing her passions in real estate, development, interior design and architecture. She’s also active on Instagram where she’s done some influencer work and can be seen hanging out with other Bachelor Nation royalty.

Before Clare Crawley was announced as the next show lead, rumors circulated that Adams might be the next Bachelorette. She was also considered for the leading role in what became Hannah Brown’s season.

Though she’s not on our television screens at the moment, Adams has said she’s open to doing another reality show down the road. Her most recent public appearance was as a speaker at Create & Cultivate’s Digital Summit in July.
