ABTV K-Drama Watch Weekly

In honor of EXO-SC’s one year anniversary, it’s only appropriate to acknowledge how EXO’s talents expand beyond just music. While all of the members have dabbled on-screen in dramas, here are four shows that you can’t miss out on!

Secret Queen Makers (2018)

EXO Members: Chanyeol & Sehun

The web series follows a self conscious young woman as she gets entangled with six men that are trying to help her find her way to confidence. Chanyeol and Sehun play the perfect leading men in their heroic storylines. As a bonus, 2PM’s Chansung is also in the show. Casting for the win!

Be Positive a.k.a. Positive Physique (2016)

EXO Member: D.O.

Before 100 Days My Prince, D.O. starred in this buddy rom-com web series. It follows his character, a college film major, who is doing everything he can to make his movie. In an act of desperation, his ex-girlfriend enters the picture and they’re ready to roll.

How Are U Bread (2020)

EXO Member: Suho

EXO’s leader Suho shines so bright in his role as a genius pastry chef. His character bakes extraordinary bread and sweets that each match a specific emotion. After some convincing, against his father’s will, he ends up on a baking competition reality show. It will make you crave a treat and wish Suho was on MasterChef in real life.

Falling For Challenge (2015)

EXO Member: Xiumin

There is only one clown I’m not afraid of and it’s Xiumin’s character in this rom-com series. He plays a full-time student that works part-time as Pierrot clown because he loves to make people laugh. Everyone don’t “awww” all at once! When he unconventionally meets his love interest, his frown slowly starts to turn upside down.

EXO hasn’t been a full unit in quite some time due to military service. As the members continue to carry out individual schedules, we hope there’s more acting in their futures.
