AfterBuzz TV has launched LGBTQ&A, an interview series highlighting different members of the LGBTQ community. It’s the first of its kind and a way document the stories of the entire LGBTQ community as a whole: all races, genders, sexualities, and everyone in-between.
LGBTQ&A show is hosted by Jeffrey Masters and premiered with an interview with Ali Liebegott (Transparent). Guests have included Ross Mathews (E!, Hollywood Today Live), Joshua Allen (Empire), Arisce Wanzer (Oxygen’s Strut), and Jacob Tobia (genderqueer activist).
LGBTQ&A is a way to celebrate the diversity of our community, and to document the stories of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people that are making a difference in the world. It also highlights the different organizations that are central to the LGBTQ community: GLAAD, the Trevor Project, Lambda Literary, Lambda Legal, The Point Foundation, It Gets Better, Happy Hippies, and others.
Upcoming guests include Bamby Salcedo (activist), iO Tillett Wright (author, photographer, and creator of the Self Evident Truths photography project), Michelle Tea (author), Peter Paige (Queer as Folk, The Fosters), Conner Habib (adult film performer), and Shane Ortega (the first trans person to serve openly in the military).
